Put your piece on any crossing of the board to begin the game. Take turns turns with your opponent, placing one stone per turn. Surround your opponent's stones completely to take them from the board. Dominate more space than your opponent by the end of the game to win. Use strategy to hinder your opponent's moves while increasing your own territory. Note that stones are stationary once placed, unless captured. The game ends when both players pass their turns consecutively, indicating no more moves can help either side.
